Return Policy

Our return policy allows for a return window of 14 days from the date you receive your item.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at shop@iaiadistribuzione.com. Once authorized, the return must be shipped at the customer's expense and responsibility to the following address:

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

⚠️ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

📋 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

In accordance with Articles 52–58 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period

For shipments to countries within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

💶 Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
