How to Use It:
On New Walls:
- SILOXANE INSULATING PRIMER (alternatively ACRYLIC INSULATING PRIMER or PRINTAL INSULATING PRIMER).
- LINMAT (2 coats).
Old/Chalking Walls:
- Thorough cleaning.
- SILOXANE INSULATING PRIMER (alternatively PIGMENTED INSULATING PRIMER or FINE PIGMENTED INSULATING PRIMER or PL TOP).
- LINMAT (2 coats).
